In-Ground Burial

Riverside Cemetery is an ever-expanding landscape, and beautiful spaces are available for in-ground interments. Vaults are required, and granite or marble monuments are preferred by most families. Veterans' markers are welcomed, and we will be happy to coordinate the installation of these.

Crypts (for caskets) and niche spaces (for cremation urns) are available in our elegant Camellia Mausoleum. Crypt price includes the crypt, a bronze marker and a casket protection device; niche price includes a bronze marker

Cremation Options
Riverside Cemetery provides a lovely cremation garden for in-ground burial of cremains. The garden is terraced and landscaped to provide an atmosphere of tranquility and semi-seclusion. Memorial markers and benches can be added to the garden, and cremains may be encased in these as well as buried on an individual lot. Individual spaces are 3' x 3'.

NOTE:

Riverside Cemetery does not sell monuments, caskets, vaults, cremation urns or similar merchandise. Funeral homes and memorial retailers have a wide array of merchandise from which to choose.

For purpose of historic record-keeping and to protect the areas around existing burial sites, unauthorized scattering of cremains is prohibited.
